TRANSPORT	Is included for the following States in the Eastern part of the USA: ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, PA, NJ, DE, MD, MI, WI, MN, IL, IN, OH, KY, WV, VA and NC N.B. Additional mileage is calculated at $1.00 U.S. per mile (return mileage). Guest Houses and Pavillions quoted seperately.
UNLOADING	The customer will provide two men to help our driver unload materials at the construction site. The client is responsible to furnish the adequate equipment and a crane (8 tons minimum)
DELIVERY	Minimum delay of eight (8) weeks or more, depending on the production schedule. N.B. It is recommended that you order your kit as soon as possible to reserve your delivery date, during certain periods of the year delays can be up to twelve (12) weeks.
PAYMENT	15% Deposit at signature of contract 15% Additional deposit at time of manufacturing, forty-five (45) days before delivery 70% Payable at delivery by-certified cheque

1. LOG WALLS	6¼” X 12' “Patriot white-pine logs, planed and factory precut (or other dimensions and techniques as shown in price list) - starter flashing wood and metal keys for doors and windows - lag-screws  3/8”x 10” - sealant tape and urethane caulking for imperviousness.
2. HEADER BEAMS	B.C. hemlock beams for 2nd floor of various-dimensions depending on span, planed on four faces (according to plan).
3. PARTITION KEYS	Wood and metal key for each partition resting on a log wall.
5. PLANS	Standard architectural plans - personalized plans on request
6. ROOF   STRUCTURE	Eastern hemlock ridge and intermediate beams - 3” x 8” Eastern hemlock rafters at 24' c/c.

7. DORMERS	Precut dormers (according to plan).
8. GABLE FRAMES	2” x 6” spruce at 24” c/c - ten-test - air barrier 1” x 6” spruce strapping at 16” c/c.
9.GALLERY CEILING CORNICES COVERING	l” x 8” pine, tongue and groove “V” joint. Fascia : 1”x 10” pine or other dimensions
10. GABLE & DORMER FINISH	l” x 8” pine, tongue and groove “V” joint.
11. VENTILATION	Ventilation grille in 8'-O” sections
12. -WINDOWS	First and second floors: pine casement thermos windows with double imperviousness, cross mullions and mosquito screen included (quantity according to plan). Basement front wall: windows included for models marked with an asterisk.
13. DOORS (exterior)	2¼” pine door(s), adjusted in frame, with hinges and knobs. Basement front wall: door                                                                 included for models marked with an asterisk; pine sliding patio door or garden door with mosquito screen and key lock (according to plan).
14. TRIMS (exterior)	1 “x 4” and I “x 6” pine trims for doors and windows.
15.HANDRAILS (exterior)	5”x 5” columns and pine posts of Swiss or vertical style, according to choice.
16.GALLERY BOARDING	2”x 6” spruce or larch 1 Y2” thickness (according to plan).
17. ROOF COVERING	Asphalt shingles (25 years) - ¼” plywood - starter flashing - shingle nails OR pre-painted steel   (30 gauge) - 1”x 6” spruce furring - ventilated ridge cap - flashing(s) foam closure strips -screws.
18. STORY FLOOR	2'x 6” tongue and groove “V” joint kiln-dried pine.
19.STAIRCASE (interior)	Precut and sanded pine staircase (steps, risers and stringboards) OR ladder stairway (according to plan)
20. PARTITIONS	Ground floor only: 2”x 4” spruce (quantity according to plan).
21.CATHEDRAL CEILING	1“ x 8” tongue and groove “V' joint-pine (according to plan).

22.HANDRAILS (interior)	Pine handrails for stair and second floor - square style with grooves
23. MASSIVE PINE TRIM	Frames with socles around exterior and interior doors - frames around windows - special   molding on (interior) top of partitions (ground-floor only) - baseboards for bottom of interior partitions. N.B. Trims are included for ground, first and second floors, and closets.

24. INTERIOR FINISH	1” X  6” pine tongue and groove “V” joint (available if transport space allows)
25.  SNOW GATE	Iron gate to hold back snow on the roof - 4' sections
