You can purchase any of our Standard plans for the models as described in the RESIDENCE and CHALETS Catalogues for only $ 600.00 Canadian (about 375.00 US), applicable towards the purchase of our homes. For the cost of $  2500.00 Canadian Dollars (about $ 1565.00 US), our design team will produce your Project Plans and Drawings (up to 4 elevations) and in addition we will include an artist's color rendition (16" X 20") of your home model similar to that shown above so that you can fully envision your naturally elegant home. This price is for models up to 2500 sq. ft. with a surcharge of $ .70 each additional sq. ft., 100% of which will be applied towards the purchase of a log home kit from us.
