A. The cost of a Standard Plan is $ 600.00 Canadian Dollars, credited to the purchase of our log home kit.
Q. We have a sketch or picture of a home we are interested in, can you provide a plan and a quotation?
A. Our design department are experts in this kind of situation. For an average of $ 2500.00 CDN., we will supply 2 copies of the building plans, all details, and an artist's color picture of your dream home. The total amount will be credited at the time of purchase. See our SPECIAL OFFER
Q. Can we purchase only the kit and do the building ourselves?
A. Our reputation and your satisfaction is based on the proper building of your home. It is rare that we supply only the materials. In many cases our clients choose a turn-key solution, and at the least, we normally insist that we supply a Supervisor when your building is erected to ensure that the proper construction techniques are respected, that you will save time and money in organizing your work crew, and that the final outcome is of the finest quality thus meeting and surpassing your expectations of beauty and comfort.
Q. How do you ship your product to us?
A. We always research the best alternatives based on your time and budget considerations and we take care of all the details for International Customs.In North America we normally use ground truck transportation or rail containers. To other International destinations, Sea containers are often utilized.
Q. In the Sample Plans section you show sample pricing- what does this include?
A. These prices include the basic kit and the interior finish kit, and truck transport to the following states- ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, PA, NJ, DE, MD, MI, WI, MN, IL, IN, OH, KY, VA, NC. Also included is all customs and broker fees etc. please see the material lists for each catagory in the catalogue sections.
Q. What is the delivery time?
A. The normal production time is 8 weeks from the signing of the contract but could be longer depending on the model and the production schedule. It is recommended that you order your kit as soon as possible to reserve your delivery date.
